The roofers did a nice job, unfortunately we ended up with a significant number of tiny spots of pitch on the deck which might have come from the old tarp they used to cover it. The soffit man ended up doing a pretty good job after starting out poorly. Thank you to the Newbury owner for making sure that was corrected. The gutter installer did a nice job and was very accommodating.

Newbury was fantastic to work with! We had a complete exterior overhaul including siding, windows and trim, metal roof, gutters, doors and some repair soffit work. They were quick to respond for a quote, bounced ideas off us in some tricky places, recommended other companies for other work who have worked out well also and also responded promptly with a couple minor issues after the work was completed. They are personable and fair and the workmanship is very well done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Thank you James, Bill and crew!

Newbury Square Construction put new vinyl siding, fascia, sofit and gutters on my house. Not only was the quality of the work outstanding, but the team was very professional and personable. If you are looking for a new install or replace existing siding I'd highly recommend using New Square. Thank you for putting together a great team of professionals. Bill and Corey were helpful and courteous, and both took the time to explain the process to ensure that we got the right product and performed needed repairs prior to the siding installation. James, the owner, went out of his way to help us repair damage from a previous contractor. Again, I highly recommend NSC. Great team providing a quality product.

We had a great experience working with the team at Newbury Square! They replaced our roof, siding, and front window after some significant storm damage. Their pricing was fair and they worked with us to work with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The crews that came were efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves when they left. Our house looks awesome.

This is the company to hire for your roofing needs! I called and got a quote within a day or less. The communication was amazing, and the quote was the most competitive out of all the quotes I received. The install went smooth and was completed very quickly. After a big storm came through we desperately needed our roof repaired. I met Bill as he was checking the area of damaged homes. He was extremely helpful throughout the process of getting our house fixed. He even went to bat for us with our insurance company. I would highly recommend Newbury Square Construction if you need any roof or siding work.

We are so pleased with the work done by Newbury Square. They tore off old cedar siding, soffit and fascia and replaced with vinyl siding and brand new soffit and fascia. Their quote was not only the cheapest but from the moment Bill their salesman came over to give us a quote I knew it was the company we were going with. Bill was so kind, patient and down to earth. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us so many options to fit our budget. The crew who installed did not only a fantastic and thorough job but they also were so kind, thoughtful of our property, said good morning and worked hard. They put quality work into the project instead of a rushed one. Now we are having them build us a pole barn. They weren’t the cheapest quote BUT their care and concern, matched with giving us lots of options to suit our budget made it a non-brainer- they would take care of us and build us a high quality pole barn. Huge thanks to Bill and Homer, plus their kind boss who stopped by just to be sure everything was okay, and their excavator. Kindness all around in this company!!
